Sealed bids will be received by the Youngstown City School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Capital Improvements:

Phase I Project. All questions concerning the project plans and specifications may be directed to DPH Architecture, via email to Dharris@dpharchitecture.com and Wrich@dpharchitecture.com. Copies of all bidding documents are avail-able starting March 16th at Roller Reprographics, 11907 Market St., North Lima, OH 44452, Phone 330-549-0377, and online at www.rollerplanroom.com. Requested documents supplied upon appropriate nonrefundable payment to Roller Reprographics. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope ad- dressed to Board of Education of the Youngstown City School District, ATTN Dr. Michael A. Rock, Treasurer, 20 W. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, and plainly marked on the outside "CAP- ITAL IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time April 1, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Commons Area of the Choffin Career and Technical Center located at 200 E. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the East High School locat- ed at 474 Bennington Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44505. The last addendum is scheduled to be released no later than 1:00 pm March 27, 2026, All questions shall be submitted in writing to DPH Architecture by 1:00 pm March 25, 2026.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
